Credit description:

Loans that have a lease done as subject of the surety and often will be concluded to purchase a building or the purchase of the long lease. They have a tenor to 36 months.

  • Scope From €250k to several millions.
  • Tenor Between 6 and 36 months.
  • Form Both first as second mortgage possible.
  • Interest rate From 0.70% per month, dependent on the subject of the surety and “Loan to value”.
  • Redemption Redemption-free during the tenor.

Fees:

  • Signing fee: €650k + up to 2% over the used credit amount.
  • Taxation cost will be born by the Borrower.
  • Legal costs will be born by the Borrower.
